Pender Community Development, Inc. (PCD, Inc.) is a non-profit entity, developed in August 2011, with a primary goal of community development in the Pender/Thurston area.

The corporation's purpose is to promote rural community economic development by providing and ensuring the availability of decent, safe and affordable housing to low income and economically disadvantaged individuals and families and any other means consistent with general charitable purposes.
